After almost two years away from the spotlight, Naomi Pilgrim returns with an empowering new single in the shape of 'Sink Like A Stone'. Drawing on her Barbadian roots to bring a new rhythmic colour to her work, the Sweden-based artist skillfully weaves a thought-provoking, political yarn in this comeback of sorts, as dark production provides the brooding bed for her warm vocal work. An attitude-filled chorus recalls the likes of MIA, Santigold and countrywoman Seinabo Sey.
